MAXUS 28 — Yacht Charter Masuria presents the ideal among Masurian offers. The Maxus 28 is undoubtedly one of the most sought-after yachts; as a racing yacht for sport, it should be reserved much earlier than other yachts.

The racing Maxus 28 with the S (sport) designation differs from regular Maxus models primarily in weight and sail cut. The yacht is almost 500 kg lighter despite having larger sails than standard.

The recognition from sailors has not faded despite being created many years ago, so it has not lost its attractiveness.

Its designer is Jacek Daszkiewicz, known for many other projects such as the Antila and later the Maxus series.

The yacht won the award of the Polish Chamber of Yacht Industry and Water Sports as well as the Golden Paddle from Sailforum. It unequivocally defeated its competitors.

The Maxus 28 size-wise fits the Masurian reality — its size is so well matched that it fits even in tight ports of the Great Masurian Lakes. It is the perfect combination of excellent sailing properties and living comfort.

It gained nautical properties thanks to the shifted lateral center of resistance rearward through tilted pillars and a recessed centerboard. It stands out with an innovative deck line and a spacious cockpit with a wide stern, which certainly contributes to good performance.

Safety and speed are just some of the arguments in favor of this yacht.

In moderate and strong winds, the Maxus 28 sails fast and smoothly. Above 4 Beaufort, it is worth reefing, especially when cruising upwind or on a beam reach. Operating the yacht is no problem at all, even with a small crew. If the wind is not too strong, the yacht can be sailed solo.
