The Antila 33 sailing yacht was the novelty of 2015. This yacht model is very popular on Masuria — sailors very often rent yachts of this brand. Among charter renters, interest in large vessels has been growing.

Such a vessel was missing from the Antila brand. The Antila Yachts shipyard in Radom began work on the Antila 33 sailing yacht project in 2015. When the yacht first appeared on Masuria, it immediately generated great interest among sailors and charter companies.

Although the vessel is a development of older sailing yacht designs such as the Antila 26 and 27, which have long been in charter, it clearly stands out among other vessels sailing on the Masurian lake routes.

What catches every sailor’s attention and determines the yacht’s uniqueness is the characteristic hull line, asymmetric companionway, and a tall mast over 11 meters with a large sail area. At first glance, it is clear that this is a tourist vessel with a sporty character.

On the Antila 33 deck, the spacious cockpit with many lockers immediately catches attention. This means that the entire crew, even 10 people, can spend time together. The cockpit is the equivalent of a kitchen or living room on a yacht.

This is where daily life is usually actively concentrated, and often evening life as well. The cockpit can be said to be divided into two parts: the helmsman zone and the crew zone. The helmsman steering the yacht has two steering wheels, an engine control panel, a thruster control panel, two to four capstans, and all the lines at his disposal.

If necessary, the helmsman can sail the yacht alone. Of course, the cockpit must not lack sailing comfort for the crew, which is enhanced by a permanently mounted comfortable table. It enables dining under the open sky, close to nature.

The open stern with a wide gangway and a swimming ladder facilitate bathing.

All luxury yachts by Antila manufacturer, designed by the well-known designer Michał Orych, stand out with excellent nautical qualities. Therefore, the Antila 33 is also a fast and incredibly dynamic yacht, even sailing close to the wind — it is excellently stable and safe.

The designer achieved such results through the significant width of the boat, optimization of its hull, significant sail area of the mainsail and jib (almost 50 m²), and slender rigging. Thanks to the significant hull width and ballasting, the yacht has a high ballast coefficient.
